services that will not only help you look beautiful, but feel comfortable
as well. In addition to employing trained staff who are certified
in wig fittings, bra and mastectomy fitting, we are also a licensed
hair salon.

Certified
Mastectomy & Lumpectomy Fittings
Before beginning a fitting for a breast form, your fitter will review
some standard questions with you, such as when was your surgery,
have you been released from the doctor and when was your last fitting.
A post surgical bra might be a better choice if you have a new surgery
and there is still a lot swelling. Before selecting a breast form,
we will fit your existing breast with a properly fitting bra. Next
we will try a variety of breast forms to achieve the proper symmetrical
shape. Everyone has a different shape and surgery and we may try
a few prostheses before finding the perfect one.

is happy to help you find the bra that meets your needs and life
style. Always remember the size is not important, it is the fit.

Certified Wig Fittings
~ Free Consultation
A wig fitting scheduled with one of our trained staff takes approximately
one to one and a half hours. The first step is finding the right
style for you. Once we have the style we can then select a color.
If we have your color in stock you are welcome to take it that day,
if not we will order it and will usually have it in less than a
week.

Basic & Advanced Wig Alterations ~ $15
to $35
Should you choose a wig that is not available in your size, in most
cases we can alter the wigs to make it a custom fit.
For ultra petite cap sizes we must consider if the cap size can
be made small enough and will the wig still look good. We will need
to determine how far the nape the wig cap is to fall or meet, establishing
whether your neck short or long. Alterations from a large cap size
to a petite or ultra petite are not recommended, the wig will not
fit appropriately and the hairstyle of the wig will be entirely
changed.
For increasing the cap size of wigs, we must consider the how much
space is needed. Not all wigs can be made larger. To increase the
size of a cap, inserts have to be sewn in to increase the cap size
of the wig it is recommended that a maximum of a 1/4" cap size enlargement
is inserted on both sides, giving a total of 1/2" expansion.

Advanced Wig Cutting and Styling
~ $25+ to $45+
We don't encourage complete restyles of synthetic wigs. If there
is a bend or curl that is cut it will be blunt and often the style
will not look right after being cut. It is very common to thin wigs
and trim a little to achieve a more natural look.
Human hair wigs and hairpieces however do require cutting and styling.
A long wig can be cut every couple of months to extend the life
of the wig.

Wig Cleaning and Conditioning
~ $25 to $35
Wigs are easy to care for; however, if you prefer not to do it,
we will do it for you. The wig must be left overnight for this service.

Home & Hospital Wig & Mastectomy Fittings
We recognized there are some people who are either hospitalized
or homebound. Upon request, we are happy to do a home visit for
wig or mastectomy fitting.
